And a lot of sugar

White sugar is an empty carbohydrate that does not provide any nutritional value, but it increases the risk of developing chronic diseases, provokes aging and weight gain, and weakens the immune system. Glucose abuse reduces the activity of immunoglobulin by an average of 30%, which significantly increases the likelihood of contracting viral infections.
