Saturday reset. 🧹✨
Clean your space.
Clear your head.
And enjoy the weekend.
Drink smarter. 💧
Hydration is wellness. Added sugar doesn’t have to be.
Bad day? Change the soundtrack. 💃🏽
Turns out choosing a winner is not as easy as it sounds. 😂
Last night, the UCU Music Competition and Fundraiser was full of talent, personality and some seriously difficult choices.
Still processing the music. Still thinking about the performances. And yes, the photos are coming soon.
Workout, but make it a dance party. 💃🏾
🎶 Music. Talent. Purpose.
Tomorrow, 24 September, Uganda Christian University brings together talented student musicians from across the university for an evening of music, creativity and competition at the UCU Music Competition Fundraiser.
But this is about more than the music.
The evening is raising funds to support students facing financial hardship and help deserving young people stay in school and continue their education.
I’m honoured to serve as Chief Judge, alongside the UCU community, as we celebrate the talent of these young musicians and support a cause that matters.

Come for the music.
Come for the talent.
Come and help keep a student in school.

Some conversations are uncomfortable.
Ignoring them doesn’t make them disappear.
Maybe it’s time we talked about HIV.
D-day rarely goes as planned.
Our job is to stay calm, respond quickly, and keep things moving when it doesn’t.
Health and wellbeing should work for everyone.
Women matter. Men matter. Everyone matters.
Move. Connect. Thrive.
