Ingredients:
✔1 cup of pineapple
✔1 orange, peeled
✔1 cup spinach
✔10 sprigs cilantro
✔ 1 cup lettuce

This juice is sweet, but contains a good dose of vitamins.
Cilantro is a strong anti-inflammatory that naturally removes heavy metals from your body. Reducing inflammation is key to maintaining great skin. Pineapple contains the enzyme bromelain, which helps break down undigested proteins, which can take a toll on your liver and hence your skin. Juice the core of the pineapple to get the most bromelain. Spinach is highly nutritious, which vitamin C and A, iron, and much more! It has a mild taste, so it works wonderfully in juices. Green leaf lettuce also adds water (hydration is very important for your skin!) as well as vitamin K to speed wound healing.

Oranges are a great source of vitamin C. If you are okay with less sweetness, reduce it to half an orange.
