You don't have to sacrifice creativity for organization.
You don't have to sacrifice personality for logistics.
You don't have to sacrifice meaning for things to run smoothly.
You don't have to sacrifice joy for the wedding to start on time.
You don't have to sacrifice fun for a thorough plan.
You don't have to sacrifice your values for beautiful design.

With some planners, you might. Never with us 🩷

You asked; we listened: A-la-carte services for truly DIY couples. No sales pitches, no gate-keeping - just high-efficiency, budget-friendly planning. Book instantly. No consultation necessary.

🩷 Timeline Consultation & Creation 🩷

We build your entire day inside , not as a cute little schedule, but as a fully mapped plan that works in real life.

You send us your contracts and service details. We translate all of it into something cohesive. We find the gaps, smooth the overlaps, and make sure your day flows seamlessly instead of lurching.

Then we hop on a 90-minute call and walk through it together, refining, adjusting, and making sure it still feels like you. Your vendors are looped in directly. Communication stays clean with no rogue group texts or guessing.

This works beautifully if you’ve chosen your own vendors, have someone who will act as your point person, and just need a professional brain to structure it all.

🩷 The Wedding Planning Power Hour 🩷

Sometimes you don’t need a full planner, you just need someone who actually knows weddings to look at what you’re building and say, "Ok, here's what I'd do."

The Wedding Planning Power Hour is exactly that. You book a 60-minute video call and tell me what you want to tackle. I come prepared.

Maybe you need help untangling your timeline, maybe you’re stuck between two venues, maybe you’re wondering if your budget makes sense, or . . . Maybe you just need to vent about chair rentals and get grounded again.

We can zoom in on one big decision, rapid-fire through a list, or workshop your ideas until they feel clear and cohesive instead of chaotic. This is strategic, honest planning support without committing to anything long-term.

You’ll walk away clearer, calmer, and more confident. Because sometimes one focused hour with the right person is all it takes to shift everything.

Maybe you love being in the driver's seat.

Maybe you’re organized, opinionated, slightly Type A (but in a charming way!) but you just don’t want to Google “Is cocktail hour actually a full hour?” at midnight.

Our Wedding Consultant Subscription gives you ongoing, intentional support without committing to full-service planning. You pay a flat monthly fee, and each month, you choose one focused service. We dive in, solve the thing, and send you back into the world with clarity.

Some months, you might need help narrowing venues.

Another month, it’s vendor research or rental quotes.

Maybe it’s pressure-testing your timeline or refining your aesthetic so your vision actually feels cohesive instead of chaotic.

This is collaborative, strategic, and focused wedding planning: You bring the ideas. We bring the perspective, the experience, and the “Hey, here’s what you’re not seeing.”

Looking for hands-on help on your actual wedding day? Our famous 60-Day Coordination service is now available exclusively to our Wedding Consultant Subscription clients. This allows us to serve you more intentionally throughout the planning process, catch issues before they snowball, and set everyone up for a successfully fun and fabulous wedding day.

Let's talk about how to customize these options for your unique situation to make wedding planning as efficient, fun, and easy-peasy as possible.

Listen, friends. The internet makes it seem like you just pick a vibe, book a few vendors, light some candles, and boom, magic. We love the confidence, but ultra-personalized, outside-the-lines weddings come with moving parts. Design direction, vendor alignment, contracts, timelines, logistics no one warns you about, and approximately 800 tiny decisions that lead straight to decision fatigue.

It’s not that bold couples lose their vision. They just get tired of trying to manage it by chasing emails, comparing proposals, and being the project manager of their own party.

Without someone steering the ship, creative and quirky can tip into unfocused, overwhelming, or expensive in the wrong places.

The good news is, you don't have to choose between a wildly personalized wedding and keeping your sanity. Whether you're planning a one-day celebration, a full weekend of festivities, or a destination adventure, we can help.

That’s what All-Inclusive planning is for: you stay in the vision, and we handle the orchestration. Magic, but make it managed.

How to get the most out of your venue rental (so you can put more money towards the things you really care about):

⚡️The more your space is already beautiful in its own right (rather than a totally blank slate), the less you need to decorate it. Choose a venue that speaks for itself.

⚡Use what’s included: A good venue will come with inclusions like tables, chairs, basic lighting, and staffing; most of these items won’t need to be replaced with upgrades, so use the ones you’re already paying for.

⚡Take advantage of available guest experiences: Getting married at a museum, aquarium, wildlife refuge, distillery, art gallery, national park, farm, winery, or body of water? Give your guests a truly immersive and unforgettable experience by making use of your venue’s built-in activities throughout the event as an alternative to predictable entertainment options.

⚡Adding on a Friday evening or Sunday morning to your venue rental for a welcome event or relaxing brunch might cost less than securing a separate venue for those other events; plus, it's very convenient for everyone! Bonus points if your venue has on-site accommodations for you, your wedding party, or your guests.

⚡Allow your venue manager to do their job really well by not expecting or asking them to perform any duties that are outside their scope of service. Here’s a hint: if it doesn’t have anything to do with the four walls, ceiling, utilities, other infrastructure or employees of the building itself, it’s not their job. You don’t want to call them away from their post to deal with floral arrangements when there’s an overflowing toilet somewhere!

The idea of two months of magical plans that you're supposed to be present in and enjoy while still planning your wedding sound overwhelming?

Here's how your favorite event planners make sure we enjoy the holiday season.

1. Intentionally pick the nonnegotiable gatherings you're going to attend - maybe Friendsgiving; watching nostalgic movies with family; or an extended-family New Year's Day backyard football game - and also schedule blocks of nothing on your calendar (and don't try to sneak wedding planning into those empty spaces!).

2. Decide on a holiday-gifts financial comfort zone, and what your reward will be if you stay within it. Overspending always takes the magic out of gift-giving (and receiving!); agree with your partner on how much you can spend on gifts this year, and plan a concrete reward to sticking to that number.

3. If you’re hosting, keep it low-maintenance and meaningful. This is great training for your wedding day, too! Set a purpose; foster connection with intentional activities and conversation; and don’t pressure yourself to be perfect over being present.

4. The best cure for wedding planning overwhelm is to give your brain an actual break from it, by following this tried-and-true networking rule. Rather than spending all of your family gatherings talking about the thing that's stressing you out most, ask everyone around you thoughtful questions about their own lives - and actually listen to what's going on with them.

When we say "quirky couples," what do we even mean?

To boil it down: anyone who isn't afraid to be seen and known for exactly who they are - quirks and all.

Marriage isn't just a roommates-for-life situation; it's choosing to fully see and fully embrace one another (and ourselves!), always and forever. That's impossible to do if we're hiding parts of who we are (or assuming we can change what makes our partner unique!).

So we really believe that your wedding is the perfect occasion to showcase your full personalities and your true love story - not only because it results in a great experience for your guests, but because admitting to being a little quirky is the perfect way to start off your next chapter together.

Here's to making it weird in the best way possible 🥂

There are lots of different ways to approach wedding design, and every designer has their own secret sauce.

Ours?

Bringing order and beauty to chaos, so your wedding is an intentionally cohesive visual and experiential representation of exactly who you are as individuals and as a couple.

You are our top priority. We will NEVER try to talk you into something you don't want for the sake of our design portfolio, ask you to prioritize design elements you don't really care about, or try to fit you into a specific style box.

Your wedding should look like YOU, not our Instagram grid.

For Linda & JR's wedding at , we brought their design priorities together into a cohesive, intentionally designed whole:

🎨 graphic, art-inspired style;

🌷 an explosion of nature's springtime beauty;

💜🩷🧡💛 an analogous color scheme that could support some departures, like the wedding party's rainbow attire and Chinese traditional red candy boxes;

💌 experiential elements for their guests, like a flower-meadow-photo-gallery and handwritten notes attached to their place cards.

Without an intentional design plan, this could have turned out to be super chaotic and messy. Thankfully, they brought us on board to keep that from happening.

Feeling unsure about design? We offer both partial and all-inclusive design services. Let's talk! Comment CHAT to get in touch!
