This is an opportunity to meet Ashley, receive a personalized assessment and begin a treatment plan designed to keep you looking refreshed, not frozen.

Model appointments are limited and advance reservations are required. Models must be appropriate candidates and comfortable allowing CATARA to photograph or film portions of the experience for educational and social-media content.

Beginning in October, Nurse Ashley will be treating clients on select Saturdays, making it easier to maintain your tox plan without rearranging your weekday schedule.

Ashley combines eight years of nursing experience with a steady, detail-oriented approach and a deep understanding of facial anatomy. Her goal is never to change the way you look. It is to help you look refreshed, balanced and still completely like yourself.

Saturday appointments will be limited.

Want to understand why we’re so obsessed with collagen? Start here.

Meet the fibroblast—one of the hardest-working cells in your skin.

Think of fibroblasts as your skin’s little production factories. They help produce:

Collagen → strength + firmness
Elastin → bounce + flexibility
Hyaluronic acid → hydration + plumpness
Growth factors → cellular communication + repair
Extracellular matrix → the framework supporting it all

Here’s the catch:

Collagen production is highest when we’re young and declines as we age.

Over time, changes in collagen production and remodeling contribute to many of the things we begin noticing in the mirror—fine lines, changes in texture, laxity and thinner-looking skin.

CATARA is growing. Meet Ashley Morales, RN.

We’re so pleased to welcome Ashley to our Aesthetic Nurse Injector team.

Ashley earned her nursing degree from Purdue University and brings eight years of nursing experience spanning labor & delivery, oncology, medical-surgical care, pre-op, PACU and long-term care.

She’s also a Certified Laser Technician and certified in neuromodulator injections.
But credentials are only part of why we think Ashley is such a wonderful fit for CATARA.

Ashley believes aesthetic medicine should help you feel confident, refreshed and still very much like yourself.

Her approach is safety-first, anatomy-focused and thoughtful—never about rushing the aging process or trying to make everyone look the same.

As Ashley puts it, it’s about aging gracefully, at your own pace.

Outside of CATARA, she’s a mom of three, loves staying active and is a passionate advocate for the Down syndrome community.

Jeanne and Karlene recently spent some time with Joie from Ourself Skincare, learning more about the science, technology and philosophy behind the line.

And yes—we’re officially bringing Ourself to CATARA.

What caught our attention wasn’t simply another collection of beautiful skincare products. It was the science behind how ingredients are delivered into the skin and the opportunity to incorporate that technology into the individualized skin plans we create for our clients.

You’ll be hearing much more about Ourself over the next few weeks as we introduce the products, explain the technology and share which products we’re most excited about.

And there’s a little Algonquin history hiding in this photo, too.

We met Joie at Port Edward, and the portrait of Ed directly behind us was actually photographed by Jeanne’s mom many years ago.

We couldn’t have planned that backdrop if we tried.
