Tesse Lynn Life Coach & Mentor
I support women rebuilding their lives after trauma with grounded coaching rooted in lived experience, compassion, and practical guidance.
Somewhere along the way, a lot of women stop choosing themselves. We become everything everyone else needs, and then wonder why we don’t recognize the woman in the mirror. But she isn’t gone. The confident woman. The woman with dreams. The woman who trusts herself. The woman who knows she deserves more. You don’t need to go looking for her. You just need to start choosing her again. ❤️ You Are Already Her.
There’s a version of you underneath all the second-guessing, people-pleasing, fear, and years of putting everyone else first. She doesn’t need you to become someone completely different. She needs you to trust her again. To choose her.
To speak up for her. To stop shrinking her. And to finally start walking toward the life she knows she deserves. That’s what I want women to understand: You’re not trying to become her.
You are already her. 🤍
Change doesn’t happen when you feel confident. It happens when you decide to take the leap anyway.
The woman I hated at 38 is the reason I love the woman I am today. Healing changes more than your life; it changes how you see yourself. 💕
You left. Your body didn't get the memo.
You still listen for footsteps that aren't there. You still brace before someone says we need to talk, even when that person has never hurt you. Loud voices still make your heart race in a room where nothing is wrong.
Your nervous system learned to expect danger. It learned peace was temporary. It learned safety could disappear without warning. Those patterns have a name. Survival behavior.
What was learned can be unlearned.
What's one thing your body still does that your mind already knows isn't needed anymore? Tell me below.

I apologized for things that weren't my fault for years. I always told myself that 'this is what a good person would do.' These 4 books helped me stop.
Comment BOOK and I'll tell you which one to start with.
You are not high maintenance. You were never too much.
You just got very good at making yourself smaller. Reading the room before anyone spoke. Rehearsing a simple question so it wouldn't start a fight. Apologizing for things that had nothing to do with you.
That wasn't a personality trait. That was a skill you built to stay safe.
Somewhere in all that peacekeeping, you lost track of who you were before you became everyone's fixer. Before you became the one who made sure everybody else was okay.
Healing didn't start the day you loved yourself. It started the day you stopped apologizing for existing.
What's one way you've made yourself smaller for someone else? Tell me below.
You don't need bruises to know something is wrong. If you've ever questioned whether the words counted, they did.
This is the work I take women through. If any part of this list sounds familiar, DM me. Let's talk about what rebuilding that trust in yourself actually looks like.
