Happy to say that no needle had touched my face. No invasive treatments either.
I also haven’t had a full 7-8 hour solid sleep! For about 4 years 😂
My skin needs and craves botanicals and my nervous system regulated.
Balms, oils, hydrosols feeds my skin ; fascia release, facial massage, breath work, stretching serves my nervous system (& many other modalities). The only facial machine I use is microcurrent.

For me, facial massage is more than technique. It’s presence, intention, and touch. Clean hands, tied-back hair, and full attention allow me to connect with the tissue and provide the experience your nervous system deserves.
