I cut 2 frontal lace wigs open and made 1 ponytail wig on my head to see if the lace would look better for my FaceTime date 👄🫶🏾✨

I sacrificed two hd lace frontals 😭😭😭for 1 ponytail, better be worth it 🥲

icl I possess an extreme amount of 0 experience in the 4c hair department 😂🫠 and that’s on me! So while I go through the process, (just like when I was learning eye makeup) I’m taking advice from the comments 🤷🏾‍♀️ not sure if it’s gonna be a good or bad thing but I’m so ready to try hair products for my hair type (thin 4c) that holds and looks good after sleeping in it … come over! We doin this together

Total time spent: 9 hours 🤪 🥲Goal is to get big curls in under 1 hour so I can feel the breeze on my scalp and go about my day quicker. Not sure how, but that amount of time makes me wanna quit and just continue being a wig girl. 😭😭😭

also The front of my hair is so tender (every brush hurts) compared to the back(tugging feels so good back there). I’m ready to take these out and see the results and how long they stay curly like this 🤔

POV: discovering the melt band actually makes my lace lift when I use the evaporated spray method 😭…The spray requires a melt band only after all liquids are fully dry to the touch. A melt band best melts lace when wig lace glue is used.🤌🏾
