At first there's the quiet; a watch will stillness as we find our breath, unsure how to much to reveal, how much to trust. And then, almost imperceptibly, the edges begin to soften. A handlinger is a little longer, eyes meet, laughter spills out in unexpected places.
This is the moment I love most, when tenderness begins to rise like spring water from deep within. When we remember that vulnerability isn't weakness, we unlock real sisterhood..
We are safe to be seen. Safe to love. Safe to be exactly who we are.
Temple is our practice of remembering. A place where the sacred and the ordinary meet through movement, touch, breath, and present. If your heart has been longing to exhale, to be met in your rawness and your beauty... Come.

We meet Saturday night at 7:00 p.m. in the garden.

In this season, Life has brought me a gift of change. New doors are opening and one is closing, as if by magic. It is magic. In the coming days I'll share what is birthing.
For now, I invite you to slow down and be present with all the beauty that is surely here. If you look for it, it will show itself.
