CLIENTS, BEFORE BOOKING A MAKEUP ARTIST KEEP READING⬇️
With the new rise of the “Clean Girl” esthetic, there’s a disconnect in clients truly understanding what goes into a “Soft Glam” or a “Clean Girl” look.
So here’s a few tips I came up with that may help aid in pairing artist and clients…

1. CLIENTS! Actually look at the artist page/work….
It’s reductive to see an artist work and try to make them do something completely different than their signature looks. It’s unfair and insulting.
2. CLIENTS! A soft glam is still a full face, a no makeup, makeup look is still a full face, these looks still take multiple products and techniques to accomplish. So please understand that no matter how many times you say “soft “ it’s STILL a full face.
3. The Artist price is their price. Some clients feel that since it’s a “Natural” look, it should be an extremely cheap price. Going back to tip 2, there’s still a multi step, multi product process being done and if one artist is out of your budget, going to another.
4. Skincare is very important especially if you want your glam to look as soft as possible. Proper skincare is so important. The better skin, the softer and smoother the makeup application will be. So keep up a healthy skincare regime.
