Learn to negotiate it's ok to ask or throw an offer at least i know you are serious and we can both be respectful about it and may come to an agreement.

1. Be respectful or at least a mirror don't take someone's bs.

2. Act respectful. If the price is marked high you can always say thats out of the ballpark of what is reasonable for me. I have had to tell plenty of people I bought things off of i can't do that and give them my price do the same.

3. Walk away respectfully they may just call back and give a better deal.
