Another success story!!!

What’s your Why?

My WHY just turned 13 yesterday!

Having a child at 40 years old gave me the reason I needed to change my life and live a healthier lifestyle. Until I had that “why” I would always think about getting healthier, but I would always lose motivation at some point.

A strong WHY will keep you motivated and on track.

It’s easy to get caught up in the latest health fads and fitness trends, but lasting change in health and wellness starts with something much deeper: your “Why.”
