The shop that I ran NaturalGMonet’s from is up for grabs! This lower level floor space is a retail commercial space that has a front porch, full bathroom and kitchen area. Beautiful massive front room area an large center room space. Free street parking in front of the shop daily. Local to small businesses, the highway, and downtown. The space is $1000 monthly. The landlord is Mr. Steve and I am aiding him in the leasing process. He is open to changing the space to suite business types. The landlord is looking for serious business owners.
