this is going to be long winded: i’m still in a bit of disbelief that my work is currently hanging up in an actual store that you could walk into and purchase. even if no one buys it - anyone walking down the avenue can peek in the window and see my art and hot damn that’s quite a nerve wrecking feeling. Liz at is such a sweetheart and i’m so happy i didn’t make her regret having me as an artist while i ran around her shop sweating trying to place pieces in the perfect spot and accidentally leaving a step stool in front of the door blocking customers 🫠 at the end of the day, i am really proud of my work. i truly love the new direction i’m going with beautiful fat bodies taking up space in glass and i can’t wait to keep on workin on more panels (thank you to all who sent the most lovely photos for me to use and for your patience. art takes time 🖤 )
