In 2013, I gave birth to my precious daughter after healing my body of infertility in a completely holistic way. With my new-found knowledge, I began blogging in order to share what I'd learned. I've received certification as a raw food chef and teacher, plus completed yoga teacher training, and am ready to help others in a more hands-on approach.
