Why? With only three clients per class, every person receives individualized attention, form corrections, and encouragement throughout their session.
In larger classes, it’s easy to feel overlooked or wonder if you’re doing a movement correctly. We believe you deserve better than that.

Classes can be purchased on Vagaro for $10 under Pop up. In studio classes are included for members and will be applied according to your membership 💕
