INGREDIENTS
🍋 52 fl oz (6 ½ cups) filtered water
🍋 4–6 sprigs fresh thyme (Thymus vulgaris) leaf or oregano (Origanum vulgare) leaf
🍋 1 cup honey (more or less, to taste)
🍋 8 fl oz (1 cup) freshly squeezed lemon juice (approximately 6 large lemons)
🍋 Ice, for serving
Optional: Lemon slices and fresh thyme or oregano sprigs for garnish

DIRECTIONS
Bring 8 fl oz (1 cup) water to a gentle simmer. Remove from the heat, add the thyme or oregano, cover, and steep for 10 minutes. Strain the herbal infusion into a large pitcher. Stir in the honey while the infusion is still warm until dissolved. Add the remaining water and the lemon juice. Stir well. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice and garnish as desired.

Functional Add-on: For additional respiratory and immune support, consider adding 1-2 dropperfuls of mullein (Verbascum thapsus) or elecampane (Inula helenium) tincture per glass.
