My hairline is thriving—those recession areas have pretty much completely filled in! 🙌 Consistency with Nutrafol and the iRestore red light cap has truly paid off. I’m also using oral minoxidil prescribed by me dermatologist (who was so impressed by my growth on Nutrafol and iRestore cap alone that she personally bought a cap for herself)

6 weeks into our hair regrowth journey and starting to see encouraging signs of new growth! I’ve been consistent with a full protocol: Nutrafol daily for internal support, the iRestore low-level laser and red light cap to stimulate follicles, and topical minoxidil to boost regrowth. Early stages, but the baby hairs are coming in — proof that patience and consistency are key. Excited to see continued progress!
