All appointments must be reserved through our official booking link. Discussing a date does not secure it. Your reservation is only confirmed once your booking and required retainer are completed.

Once booked, you’ll receive two confirmations:

1. An automated email with your appointment details and payment receipt.
2. A personal text directly from me confirming your reservation, salon address, and any additional details.

For hair-inclusive services, I personally verify your lengths, colors, and customizations. I may also verify your contact information to ensure accuracy and protect your reservation.
