✨NO-SHOW POLICY✨PLEASE READ✨

Effective immediately, a no-show fee will be required for any appointment that is missed without notice.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. No-shows prevent us from filling that time with another client, which means lost time and income for our business.

No-show policy:
• No-show fees are 100% of the scheduled service price.
• An invoice will be sent by the end of the day on the date of the missed appointment.
• The paid no-show invoice does NOT go toward or cover your next scheduled appointment. Your next appointment is a separate service and will need to be paid for in full.
• If the invoice is not paid before your next appointment, your next appointment will not be serviced and future appointments may be canceled.
• If you contact Unity Hair Shop regarding the missed appointment and there was a valid reason or misunderstanding, the invoice may be removed at our discretion.

We completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. However, repeatedly holding appointment times and not showing up is not something we can continue to absorb as a small business.

Please respect our time, and we will always respect yours. 💚

✨ IMPORTANT BOOKING UPDATE ✨

We want to keep everyone informed about a small change to our online booking system.

Starting now, color services will no longer be available for online booking. This change is being made to ensure we can properly manage appointment timing and avoid any delays with school pickup responsibilities.

In the past, some color appointments have required more time than originally scheduled and we want to make sure we are always on time for our families while still giving each client the attention they deserve. 💚

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support as we make this adjustment.
