What I can show you is how I’m going about it: the apps I’m pitching through, a quick list of brands I’m going after, and the AI tools helping me stay organized. It’s not glamorous, it’s just consistent.
If you’ve been sitting on posting something, here’s your sign. Overthinking never got anything done. Post it, see what happens, and learn from your own numbers. That’s how you figure out what works for you.
And since I catastrophize when my life isn’t organized, I’ll show you how I’m unscrambling my thoughts and getting it all out of my head and onto paper. The unknown is the scary part, so I’m writing down what I do know. Coming soon.
One step at a time. 🤍

The pictures never showed what my skin was going through. 10 years later, I’m holding the sign instead of hiding it. This is only the beginning.
Thanks Google Photos for making me so emotional this morning. My youngest will be 4 this year and it still gets me every time seeing videos and pictures of when any one of my girls were small. I usually save them and just keep them for me. Now I share with you. The community and social media. Because like isn’t always so perfect or aesthetic
We lived with my mom till I was 33. At 33 I purchase my first home on my birthday and since then I haven’t looked back. We all should take a moment a look back at how far we have come and embrace for what’s to come. Good or bad. Although I hope more good than bad.
Happy eczema awareness month to all the parents and caregivers! I promise you your care and love does not go unnoticed. In fact because of my parents I’m able to pour so much of me into my kids and this community
Shoutout to Clorox Home Appliances for still working for as long as I’ve had it. I’d love to test more if they have some in the making 🤓
I wouldn’t mind testing it against another brand. Which can actually handle a household with 5 pets, 3 kids and 1 mom managing it all
When people think you need to moisturize more but really you need to let your skin breath!
I’ll go deeper into how the no moisture therapy helped me through my worst flare and how I slowly introduce products back into my routine. Even when I feared a flare would happen.
The good thing about going through this is that I’m not the only one and there are other people out there who believe what you’re going through. Those people are the ones you want to surround yourself with. Believers who believe in the power of the human body and in allowing time for the body to rebuild itself stronger than before. These ladies have been an absolute inspiration for me and how they provide for our community.
When people ask me who to follow for more guidance or just to back up what I tell them. It’s Kristy Walker Julia Chien RD | Gut•Skin•Nervous System Dietitian Rakhi MS, RD | Eczema & Licensed Food Allergy Dietitian
