Client Recap today.... 9.5 Hours Today, here are a few highlights
- New patient with adhesion/ trigger points in the levator scapula 60 minutes (deep tissue massage, trigger point release, MFA, and cupping utilized)
- Two body builders for maintenance manual therapy 60 minute each ( Clothes on treatment focusing on Assisted stretching PNF, DYNAMIC cupping, joint mobilization, and trigger point release)
- Powerlifter with ongoing elbow pain and Lat weakness (static and dynamic cupping, assisted shoulder ROM, and fascial release in the tricep)
- Personal Training Session 30 minutes followed by a maintenance massage to help recovery from a TBI and traumatic injuries
