Those tiny bumps around the ar**la? 👀
They’re usually Montgomery glands — and they’re NOT pimples.

These small ar**lar glands become more noticeable during pregnancy and breastfeeding. They produce an oily secretion that helps:

🍼 Keep the ni**le and ar**la lubricated
🛡️ Protect the skin from dryness and cracking
👶 Provide natural chemical/odor cues that may help newborns locate the ni**le

So please don’t squeeze, pop, or scrub them like pimples. 😳

Your body actually has its own little breastfeeding-support system. 🤯❤️

Did you know about Montgomery glands before seeing this reel? 👇

Pregnancy loss can leave behind a question that hurts deeply:

“Was it my fault?” 💔

In most early miscarriages, the answer is no.

Early pregnancy loss is commonly associated with problems in the developing pregnancy, including chromosomal abnormalities, although there are many possible causes and sometimes no definite cause can be identified.

The biology can be explained medically — but the grief is deeply personal.

A miscarriage is not simply “the body removing a pregnancy.” For someone who was already imagining a future with their baby, it can feel like losing an entire future.

If you’ve experienced pregnancy loss, please remember: grief does not need to be justified, and self-blame does not make the loss easier. ❤️

Medical care and emotional support both matter.

Have you ever heard someone blame themselves after a miscarriage? 💔👇

Imagine twins being born… but not on the same day. 😳

It sounds impossible, but in extremely rare circumstances, a multiple pregnancy can involve delayed-interval delivery.

If very preterm labor begins, doctors may deliver the fetus(es) that cannot safely remain in the uterus while, in carefully selected cases, attempting to continue the pregnancy for the remaining fetus.

The goal is simple:
⏳ Buy more time in the womb
🫁 Allow additional fetal maturation
🏥 Potentially improve outcomes for the remaining fetus

But this is not something the uterus decides to do on its own 😂

Delayed-interval delivery is a complex, high-risk obstetric approach requiring careful monitoring, and it isn't appropriate for every pregnancy.

So yes… siblings can, in rare cases, have different birth dates—even weeks apart. 👶👶

Would you believe this if someone told you? 👀👇
