Congratulations if you've made it this far!!! This completes our 21-Day Detox!!! We end this challenge with an affirmation from our Crown Chakra.

There are many love languages and unless we understand them all then we may come into disagreements and misunderstandings. A person who operates in love with acts of services may feel less loved than a person who operates with Quality time. One may believe that their presence shows they care while the other expects one to shower them with gifts or fill their gas tank when it's empty. Unless we understand, we will always be misunderstood.

Find out what your significant other or best friend's love language is. It would be so unfortunate to lose a person's friendship or love if we just communicate.

Congratulations again and I hope this inspired someone to start, whatever that may be.

Day 20 of the 21-Day Detox. I cannot believe we are hours away from the completion of this challenge.

Day 18 of the 21-Day Detox and today's affirmations come from the Heart Chakra 🤍

Everything that starts with love is everlasting. My friend always said love is the matter of the heart, so if it's love it needs no apology, it needs not forgiving.

Speak love over yourself, and allow love of all forms to enter freely without fear. We can only expect from others what we give ourselves first. And if love is not reciprocated then you're around the wrong people.

Day 17 of the 21-Day Detox. Today speaks from the Solar Plexus Chakra which governs strength, vitality, ego and willpower.

When you're Solar Plexus Chakra is open, you're ready to take on any challenge that comes into play.

Recite your affirmations and remind yourself as much as necessary how powerful you are and that you are in charge of your destiny.

I release any blockages that prevent forward movement...

Day 15 of the 21-Day Detox!!! We are almost there.

Today we speak from the Root Chakra and today's extra special because we incorporated the kid's edition.

We've been pouring into ourselves for the past 2 weeks and now it's time to pour a little from that cup into someone else's. Whether you're pouring into your child's cup, a friend or a loved one's cup remember to pass on some good vibes.

Someone is always watching us, so be a positive example.

And most importantly, speak these affirmations in the mirror today and be grateful for what you have no matter where you are in your journey.✨️

Day 14 of the 21-Day Detox. Who knew that this Detox would clear more than toxins in the body?

When you're confident within yourself nothing or no one can control your emotions. What you give yourself cannot be taken away by anyone but you.

Tune out the background noise and listen to what it is that you truly desire. What excites you? What can you get lost in? What makes your eyes sparkle?

Today's affirmations speak from the Crown Chakra which is all-knowing. Your truth is just that, yours. So what you hold true to self may not be what others hold to be true. And that's ok, we all have our own journey and we experience life differently. Just remember not to take away from what someone else says or feels, that's their journey. And definitely don't allow anyone to take away from yours.

Day 13 of the 21-Day Detox...
Today's affirmation speaks from the 3rd eye Chakra.

Trusting yourself 1st. We have all called a friend and asked for advice but why do we place our decisions in the hands of someone else? Do we not value ourselves and trust ourselves to make the decision that is best for us? Far too long have we second-guess ourselves and placed our lives in someone else's hands. This is a moment to reflect and give yourself the credit you deserve. You've given great advice and not to take away from great advice others have given but next time give that great advice to yourself and make the decision when you feel it's right. Take your time and ask yourself what's best for you!🤍

Day 12 of the 21-Day Detox!!! Just to recap of why we're doing the 21-Day Detox...It allows your body to perform a reset, once you rid your body of impurities, it makes it even harder to allow yourself to entertain them whether they be food or what we ingest into our minds.

Even if you have not been juicing, you're awareness is heightened and your desire to change things bit by bit is increasing. So give yourself credit for making lifestyle changes.

Also, with change, today's affirmations come from the Throat Chakra today. Speaking truth, honesty, and clarity will gain respect rather than popularity. Giving truth creates healthy bonds and strong foundations.

Be bold with your truth and don't back down to stroke egos. We all need truth and clarity..What is more free and liberating than the ability to speak without fear? Gain your power back or maintain it with your voice.
