These before and after photos represent more than just physical changes—they reflect the commitment, consistency, and determination it took to prioritize my health and well-being. I reached a point where I knew I was ready for a change. I wanted to feel better, gain confidence, and become the best version of myself.

While I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come, my journey isn’t over yet. I’m still working toward my goals, and that’s okay. Progress is something to celebrate at every stage.
