BOARD SECRETARY | VIRTUAL
📍 Can live anywhere! Charlotte-area preferred, but not required.
• Attend monthly Board meetings virtually
• Work with the Executive Director & Board to prepare agendas
• Record and maintain meeting minutes
• Maintain Board records and official documents
• Track Board decisions, votes, and action items
• Help keep Board documentation organized and current
