In 2025 I quietly started a Substack. š
creating a space for intentional pausing. A sanctuary for rest, reflection and rejuvenation.
In 2026 Iāll be expanding there and would love to have you part of my little sanctuary. If youāre growing tired of the noise, crave deeper connections, + conversations this is your safe space.
Weāre going deeper into clarity and self-trust. Turning understanding into knowing -from the inside out.
⨠Transformation does need to feel scary, overwhelming. Itās finding pockets of stillness, time to explore.
Listening > stimulation.
Rhythm > performance
Join me on Substack as either a free or paid subscriber.
š¤Iād love to see you there.

Heart and Gratitude
Small words to describe my big feelings of love, expansion and heart opening I experienced in our Reiki Masters Retreat training last week in Ojai, CA.
My Reiki journey began in 2021 with my first attunement. This Masters training is a blossoming of all thatās happened since then.
I was surrounded by the most loving, genuine and heart-led women. Iāve been uniquely expanded by each of them and they live in my heart.
This sacred portal brought together the wonder and beauty of nature, animals, land and Reiki. Magic was seen and felt. All of this beauty was sacredly led by
While Iām still integrating, something deep within is remembered in my body and soul. An essence asking to be more fully embodied.
The heart of Reiki (no worry, no anger, gratitude, being true to yourself, compassion for yourself and all beings) is open to all of us. An exploration within so we shine our true essence vibrantly.
Iām forever grateful for these soul connections and time spent connecting hearts. And for being expanded is too many ways to say here.

I thought the hardest part of my day would be lifting weights. And yes, it was humbling. My body said āplease no,ā and I said ājust one more rep,ā and now weāre not on speaking terms.
And yet⦠somehow (by the end) it felt good? Unexpected.
But plot twist: the real challenge came later ā when I tried to write. Suddenly it was a full-on brain tornado. Too many ideas, not enough thread. My inner critic popped in like, āOh hey, were you trying to be coherent today?ā
If youāre into Ayurveda: yes, itās giving Vata. Floating thoughts, spiraling tabs, six creative projects open and none finished. Big air energy.
So I did what any self-aware overthinker would do: I stopped thinking, made mood boards. No overthinking, no perfect plan. Just vibes, images, and intuition.
Sometimes the best way out of your head⦠is through your hands.
I wrote a bit more on a recent Substack if you wanting more.

Eclipse energy had one agenda for me this week - surrender. š
So I listened- with coffee, farmers markets, long walks and books that knew too much.š¤

⨠My mornings used to start in a rush. Now they begin in stillnessāand my bodyās never felt better.
Lately, Iāve been feeling that quiet pull inwardāthe early-autumn kind that invites reflection instead of movement.
And with it, Iāve been paying closer attention to my habits. How they either nourish or drain me.
For a long time, I didnāt know how to feel my feelings. I grew up in a home where emotions werenāt exploredāthey were managed, ignored, or swept under the rug.
But over time, Iāve learned that tuning ināreally asking my body what it needsāis a way back to myself.
Hereās what that looks like in my mornings lately:
š§āāļø 5 minutes of meditation (I used to get so antsyāstart small)
āš¼ Free-writing in my journal (I just let it spill)
š Warm lemon or ginger water (hello, gentle detox)
šæ Stepping outside, even for a few minutes
⨠The key? Keep it simple. Choose what feels good, not just āgood for you.ā
š„ Iām sharing more about this in my Substack later today. Check the link in bio if you want to read the full reflection.
