Question for my MUAs… did yall notice the term “bridemaids” having the literal word MAID in it😂 I’m sure we all already knew their role in making sure the bride has everything she needs but it makes so much sense now LOL! Anyways….😭
Here’s some things to keep in mind when servicing bridesmaids on wedding day👇🏽
💌Try to stick to a uniform look for them all but still ensuring that the look is respective to each of their skin tones.
💌Keep the looks up to 45mins for the sake of time.
💌Should they request something that is outside of what you and the bride agreed upon, politely explain to them what is expected of you per the bride’s request.
💌Have fun and be yourself always! I’ve met some wonderful bridemaid’s turned CLIENTS + CUSTOMERS!

My most asked question as an artist is, “what color foundation did you use on me?”
Truth is, 98% of the time, I’m using at least two shades, sometimes even THREE, to find the perfect color. So I probably made a lil concoction for you sis!🤣
Color matching can be a difficult task. But it doesn’t have to be if you remember to pull shades from various parts of yourself and/or your client!
Have you ever thought you nailed your foundation color, until you apply it and notice you might be too yellow? Or too red? Or even too green? That’s why knowing your undertones + overtones is soooo important when creating your foundation shade!
Use areas such as the neck, chest and body perimeter as a guide when creating your undertones + overtones.
