Respa is the world's first wearable breathing sensor.

Real-time biofeedback to train your breath, regulate your nervous system, and measure what most wearables ignore.

Why pay attention to something the body does automatically?

๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธAlthough breathing is an involuntary process, we can also influence it and consciously change the way we breathe.

๐Ÿ“ˆ๐Ÿ‘€ Observing how it changes can help us better understand, for example, how our body responds to demanding or high-pressure experiences.

RESPA offers the opportunity to make visible what usually goes unnoticed. Observing it, measuring it, and learning from that information can support better stress regulation and a more flexible relationship with our emotions.

A moment we still remember from Biohackers World New York City. ๐Ÿ’™

We loved watching people experience RESPA, explore their breathing in real time, and share their reactions with us.

And today, the next chapter begins: Biohackers World Chicago. ๐Ÿ‘€ Biohackers World

Weโ€™re excited to reconnect with the community and keep the conversation going around breathwork, mindfulness, wellness technology, and human performance.

See you in Chicago!

Observe its rhythm, train it in a structured way, and receive real-time feedback.

Breathing is much more than an automatic process. It can become a pathway to greater body awareness, support self-regulation and performance, and promote overall well-being.

On September 4โ€“5, RESPA will be at Biohackers World Chicago at The Ritz-Carlton Chicago, continuing conversations around breathing, technology, wellness, and human performance.

As Respa continues to travel, one of our favorite parts has been watching people experience measurable breathing for themselves.

๐Ÿ’™ A few real reactions from the people whoโ€™ve tried it along the way.

๐Ÿ“Next stop: Biohackers World Chicago, September 4โ€“5 at The Ritz-Carlton Chicago, where weโ€™re looking forward to continuing conversations around breathwork, mindfulness, wellness technology, and human performance.

Breathing can become an anchor for returning to the present moment.

โ–ช๏ธThe 4-7-8 technique follows a simple structure: inhale, hold, and exhale according to a set rhythm. It is a mindfulness practice that encourages slowing down, bringing attention to the breath, and observing each phase of the breathing cycle with greater awareness.

๐Ÿ”ตWith RESPA Mindfulness, breathing becomes visible, helping support the practice with real-time feedback.

๐Ÿ“† On September 4โ€“5, the RESPA team will be at Biohackers World Conference and Expo - CHICAGO connecting around mindful breathing, wellness technology, and new ways to integrate technology and well-being.

Will you be there?
