Life lightly consists of family, yoga and meditation…as I am in the midst of transitioning. I know it’s temporary and I’ll be whole again.

Doing mommy things this week 💕 donating books, braiding hair and cohosting a surprise gathering for my 25 year old. I hear, how could I have a 25 year old, I’m 43 and very grateful for this face and body!

My homegirl and I flew into Detroit for a day trip. Keep my promise of at least one day trip a month that’s not for work. A little networking and fun is good for you! We stopped to see Motown Museum’ psychedelic soul exhibit, ate at Dime Store | Brunch Restaurant anddddddd I had a moment to reclaim my desires.

Within me is a reservoir of love that
never goes empty, and it pours into
everything that I do and into every area
of my life. Within me is pure abundance.

I don't need to force what comes
next in my life. I simply keep living
in a way that feels true to my heart.
Life knows how to meet me there.

As I elevate my abundance consciousness, I do my part to heal the world.

Something I started in 2018 has come to a close today. ♾️ 8 years Guiding ladies on their self love, self care and healing journeys was truly an honor and a blessing. I pray that every woman who encountered my group from when it was called “The Self Care Challenge” to “The Water Bearer’s Garden” to the “Healer’s Garden” gained something valuable. Hundreds of brown women were apart of a small idea that we all needed a little extra love. Thank you all, whether you’re still around or we’ve shifted. Wishing you all many blessings! Forever grateful! Here’s to creating space for the arrival of what’s to come. 🥂
