Has anyone tried either of these? Debating if the comments about not having a fishy taste are true. Lol

Who takes a multivitamin? What do you recommend? I’ve taken Centrum forever but not sure if it’s sufficient. A friend recommended adding a Calcium and Vitamin D supplement, plus the fish oil. Being a responsible adult & taking care of oneself is HARD!!
