Oh hi! I'm taking a Craniosacral workshop this weekend and getting pumped to reopen my practice later this year. I'm shooting for the fall and will be in a new Portland area location, so stay tuned for updates!

It's been a whole year since my last day at work, and oh my, what a year! Reflecting back on pregnancy and birth, to becoming a mother and a stay at home parent, just wow. It's a wild journey; both the best thing ever and the most challenging. I'm grateful to have a happy and healthy kiddo.

I'm thankful for all of you. Your patience and kind words have been much appreciated!

Hi folks! I was approved for 14 weeks of leave thanks to the new Oregon Paid Leave program, so I'm planning to remain at home with my little guy through the end of the year!

He's finally here! Our babe was born on 6/18 (fashionably late at 41w+3d) and we returned home just yesterday afternoon. We are over the moon about him! 🥰🥰🥰
