After about 2 years rotating in occationally as our Mom's caregiver, the need began to progress at the beginning of January.
A set schedule was made: Mon, Tues, Wed 10:30a-7p.

At my estimation she was stage 5 dementia (see slide) eating soft food and walking with help due to dizziness.

Feb 26th we discovered she had several mini strokes. During 5 days in the hospital she progressed to stage 7.
March 4th: moved to rehab where navigating swallowing declined and resisted physical therapy. (Slide photo taken on day 2 at rehab)
Thursday March 26th she was discharged to home. She'll receive home health care along with
Palliative care starting tomorrow.

Requesting prayers for wisdom and endurance for her care. My sister and Dad are the core caregivers currently. I injured my knee tripped off a wheelchair ramp at thier house.
