Had a couple of rough batches that were totally my bad. 😅
I was measuring and combining my ingredients when I got distracted by an (unexpected) important phone call. I came back and FORGOT what I’d already put in. I was pretty sure I had everything right, but I didn’t want to chance it!
Then the second batch had some sticks fall over and spill everywhere lol 😆 Behind the aesthetics and BTS videos, there are definitely some pretty hectic moments!
But!! No matter the issue, I’d always rather make a new batch so you get the best possible product. You are what makes it all possible and WORTH IT! 🤍”

It’s difficult to put into words how much True Friend means to me.
Building a brand after my life imploded wasn’t anything I expected, but I’m so thankful to connect with so many people who have their own stories and struggles, who hate the corruption like I do, who want to be able to trust where they buy from, who simply care about their health and family’s well-being. It isn’t easy building a brand from scratch. It’s not easy to build a brand that truly cares, because it’s more expensive and time consuming, but I wouldn’t change it for anything.
It truly means the world when each person takes a chance on us and trusts us with their wellbeing. 💜
I wanted to build the very thing I was looking for at my lowest. So, if you’ve made it this far, thank you! I truly appreciate you. 🫶🏼

I started True Friend because I was tired of brands that said they cared about you and then filled their products with the cheapest junk they could find.
So I made the thing I wished existed. Non-toxic, actually effective, every ingredient listed- transparency through and through. I named it True Friend because that’s the standard I wish was the norm: a true friend wouldn’t put something on your body they wouldn’t put on their own family.
I’d rather grow this slowly and keep customers at the forefront than fast and only profit driven.
If you’ve been looking for a brand that just tells you the truth, stick around. I’m building this one out loud. 🫶🏼
