Hello, Iβm Fiona Roberts, the founder of Healing Massage Retreat, and now, the proud owner of Lympha Spa and Massage. With over 14 years of experience in massage and having overcome ovarian and endometrial cancer since 2017, I am deeply committed to holistic health and the pursuit of well-being through mindful choices each day. Massage therapy is central to addressing our bodyβs physical needs and
After cancer, chemotherapy, and everything my body had been through, I remember thinking, "There has to be a way to help my body heal."
I wasn't looking for a career. I was looking for hope.
The more I learned about the lymphatic system, the more everything started to make sense. I realized this incredible system plays a role in nearly every part of how we feel, yet so many of us have never even heard about it.
When I began receiving regular lymphatic massage, I didn't just notice less swelling. I felt like my body was working with me again. I had more energy. I felt lighter. I felt like myself.
That's the moment that changed everything.
It's why I continue to train, learn, and pour my heart into every person who walks through our doors. Because I know what it's like to feel disconnected from your body, and I know how life changing it can be when you finally find the right support.
My greatest hope is that every woman who comes to Lympha leaves feeling seen, cared for, and a little more like herself than when she arrived. π€
If you've been feeling like your body has been asking for help, we'd love to welcome you. Send us a DM or give us a call to learn how lymphatic care can support your wellness journey.
What if feeling this good wasn't an occasional treat? What if it became part of your lifestyle?
There are few things that change your health overnight. But giving your body consistent support can change how you feel every single day.
Imagine having a standing appointment each month to slow down, breathe deeply, and let someone take care of you for a change.
Instead of waiting until you're swollen, exhausted, or uncomfortable, you're staying ahead of it.
Your body feels lighter.
Your mind feels calmer.
Your nervous system gets a chance to reset.
That's exactly why we created our Lympha Memberships.
They're designed for women who want to make their health a priority and experience the benefits of regular lymphatic care, not just when something feels wrong, but as part of a healthier rhythm of life.
It's one of the best gifts you can give yourself, and one you'll look forward to every month.
If you've been curious about becoming a member, send us a DM. We'd love to walk you through the membership options and help you find the one that's right for you. π€

You shouldn't feel like your legs weigh twice as much by the end of the day.
If you've ever kicked your shoes off the second you got home because your legs felt heavy, achy, or swollen, you're not alone.
We hear this from women all the time, and many are surprised to learn it isn't just "part of getting older."
Your lymphatic system relies on movement to keep fluid flowing. Long days sitting at a desk, standing for hours, traveling, or simply not moving enough can leave your legs feeling tired, heavy, and uncomfortable.
The good news is, your body isn't working against you.
Sometimes it just needs a little support.
One of the most rewarding moments for us is hearing someone stand up after their session and say, "My legs feel so much lighter." They walk out with more energy, less heaviness, and feeling like they got a part of themselves back.
You don't have to spend every afternoon counting the minutes until you can sit down.
If heavy, tired legs have become your normal, we'd love to help you find out why. Send us a DM or give us a call to learn if lymphatic drainage could be the support your body has been asking for. π€
Most of us have been taught to ignore the little signs.
The bloating.
The heavy legs.
The afternoon fatigue.
The stubborn puffiness that never seems to go away.
We tell ourselves it's normal. That it's just part of getting older, being busy, or not getting enough sleep.
But what if those weren't random annoyances?
What if they were your body's way of asking for a little support?
Your lymphatic system works hard every single day to move excess fluid and waste out of your body. Unlike your heart, it doesn't have a pump. It relies on movement to keep everything flowing.
When it slows down, your body lets you know.
The good news is, your body isn't working against you. It's working for you. Sometimes it just needs a little help.
One of our favorite parts of this work is watching someone walk into Lympha feeling heavy, sluggish, and overwhelmed, then leave saying, "I feel so much lighter." Not just physically, but mentally too. They stand a little taller, breathe a little deeper, and leave feeling more like themselves again.
If you've been wondering whether lymphatic drainage could help you, we'd love to answer your questions. Send us a DM or give us a call to schedule your appointment. We'd be honored to be part of your wellness journey. π€
The best part of what we do isn't reducing swelling. It's watching someone leave feeling like themselves again.
Whether you're recovering from surgery, dealing with persistent swelling, or simply looking for support for your lymphatic health, our goal is always the same.
To help you feel seen.
To help you feel cared for.
To help you leave lighter than when you walked in.
Reading reviews like these means so much because they remind us that healing isn't just about the physical changes. It's about creating a space where people feel safe, supported, and confident that they're in good hands.
To everyone who has trusted us with your care and taken the time to share your experience, thank you. Your kind words mean more than you know. π€

What if feeling better didn't have to be so complicated?
Imagine taking 30 quiet minutes for yourself.
The warmth starts to settle in. Your shoulders begin to drop. Your mind finally slows down. The tension you've been carrying all day starts to melt away.
When your session is over, you don't just feel relaxed. You feel recharged.
Many of our clients tell us they leave with less stiffness, less soreness, more energy, and a sense of calm they didn't realize they were missing. It's one of those treatments that makes you think, "I should have done this sooner."
Red light therapy supports your body at the cellular level, helping with recovery, inflammation, skin health, and overall wellness. But what we love most isn't just what it does. It's how it makes you feel.
A little lighter.
A little calmer.
A little more like yourself.
If your body has been asking for a reset, we'd love to help. Send us a DM or give us a call to schedule your red light therapy session. Your body will thank you. β€οΈ
Somewhere along the way, many of us started believing that the answer was to keep pushing.
Push through the fatigue.
Push through the stress.
Push through the swelling, the heaviness, and the feeling that something just isn't right.
But your body isn't always asking you to push harder.
Sometimes it's asking you to slow down long enough to receive the support it needs.
That's why we created Lympha.
From the moment you walk through our doors, our hope is that you feel safe, cared for, and able to finally exhale. Then you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to your body than when you came in.
We're here whenever you're ready. π€DM us and let's get you scheduled!

Every summer I feel terrible and I don't know why.
We hear this all the time.
If you've ever felt more swollen, more tired, or just not like yourself once the temperatures rise, you're not imagining it.
Heat naturally causes more fluid to collect in your tissues, and when life gets busy and movement slows down, your lymphatic system can have a harder time keeping everything flowing the way it should.
The good news is that your body isn't failing you. It's simply asking for support.
Hydration, gentle movement, and lymphatic drainage can make a huge difference. Many of our clients leave their session saying they feel lighter, less puffy, more energized, and like they can finally take a deep breath again. Sometimes a few peaceful hours at Lympha are exactly what your body has been asking for.
If summer has you feeling sluggish, swollen, or just off, send us a DM. We'd love to answer your questions and help you decide if lymphatic massage is right for you. π

Have you ever felt like you're doing everything "right"...
Eating healthy.
Drinking enough water.
Trying to get more sleep.
Taking your supplements.
And somehow you're still exhausted?
If that's you, I want you to know something.
You're not lazy.
You're not failing.
And you're definitely not alone.
We hear this story almost every day.
Many women come to us convinced they just need to try harder, push through, or accept that this is what getting older feels like.
But constant fatigue isn't something you should have to simply live with.
Sometimes your body isn't lacking motivation.
It's carrying more than it was meant to.
When the lymphatic system becomes sluggish, fluid, inflammation, and cellular waste can begin to build up. Over time, that can leave you feeling heavy, puffy, foggy, and completely drained, even when you're doing all the "right" things.
One of the most common things we hear after a lymphatic massage?
β¨ "I didn't realize how heavy I felt until I didn't anymore."
Because sometimes the goal isn't more coffee.
It's helping your body function the way it was designed to.
If you've been feeling exhausted without a clear reason, we'd love to help you explore whether your lymphatic system could be part of the picture.
π Send us a DM. Let's talk about how we can help you feel lighter, more energized, and more like yourself again.
