📣📣📣 Hi everyone! As many of you know, my business operates by appointment only. Unfortunately, due to an increase in late cancellations and no-shows, I need to update my appointment booking policy to ensure I can continue providing the best service to all of my clients.

Effective immediately, a 30% deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Deposits will be applied toward your service total, with the remaining balance due at the completion of your appointment.

Please note the following cancellation policy:
• Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% service charge
• No-show appointments will be charged the full service fee

Appointment reminders are sent via text within 24 hours of your scheduled time. If you need to cancel within that 24-hour window, any deposit paid will be held and applied to your rescheduled appointment.
