Christmas isnât just about the gifts under the tree or the traditions we repeat each yearâitâs about reflection, gratitude, and remembering the greatest gift of all. This season always calls me to pause, to look back over my life, and to recognize Godâs hand in the details I once overlooked. Being with my husband has helped bring that meaning into clearer focus for me.
For years, I prayed for a relationship like the one my grandparents sharedâboth of themâadmiring their love, their longevity, and the way they stood together. What I didnât fully understand then was that their love was forged through real life: through challenges, sacrifices, growth, and perseverance. I didnât truly know what I was praying forâI was asking for the outcome without yet understanding the process.
Through my journey with my husband, Iâve come to see how intentional God is when He aligns two people. We share similar experiences and lessons from our pastâpaths that shaped us long before we ever met. Things that once felt random now feel purposeful. God placed us together for a season, not by coincidence, but by divine design, knowing exactly what we would need in one another at this time in our lives.
Christmas reminds me that love is patient, growth is often quiet, and Godâs timing is always perfectâeven when we donât understand it in the moment. Itâs a season that teaches me to cherish where I am, honor the journey that brought me here, and trust the seasons God allows us to walk through together.
Iâm grateful for love that stretches me, faith that anchors me, and prayers that God answered in ways deeper than I imagined.
Merry Christmas đ¤â¨
đ ONE YEAR STRONG â A-One Support & Mentorship đ
Today marks 1 year of A-One Support & Mentorship, and I am overwhelmed with gratitude, pride, and purpose. What started as a vision has grown into a movement rooted in service, structure, and impact.
In this first year, we have:
⨠Built programs designed to level up youth academically, emotionally, and socially
⨠Created safe spaces for growth, healing, and leadership
⨠Invested in futures through level up sessions, exposure, and opportunity
⨠Laid a foundation grounded in faith, integrity, and community
This year has taught me that purpose requires patience, vision requires work, and impact requires people who believe. To every level up leader, supporter, parent, partner, donor, and young person who trusted the mission â thank you. You are part of this story.
This is just the beginning. We are building leaders. We are unlocking futures. We are doing the work.
đĽ Year One Complete. Year Two â We LEVEL UP. đĽ
đ Honoring a Legacy. Investing in the Future. đ
At A-One Support & Mentorship, we believe every student deserves access to opportunity, guidance, and support as they prepare for life beyond high school. The George Douglas White Jr. Legacy Scholarship was created to honor a life rooted in strength, service, and an unwavering belief in the power of education.
This scholarship supports graduating high school seniors who are stepping into their next chapterâcollege, trade school, or careerâwith purpose and determination.
Your donation helps:
âď¸ Reduce financial barriers for graduating seniors
âď¸ Encourage youth who have demonstrated growth, leadership, and commitment
âď¸ Carry forward a legacy that continues to open doors for future leaders
âA legacy isnât just what you leave behind â itâs the lives you continue to impact.â
No amount is too small. Every contribution is a meaningful step toward empowering a studentâs future and keeping this legacy alive.
đ Invest in youth. Honor the legacy. Build the future.

đ Control + Alt + Delete
Sometimes life requires a hard reset.
Control what you can â your mindset, your boundaries, your response.
Alt-er what no longer aligns â habits, relationships, routines that keep you stuck.
And Delete anything that drains your peace, dims your light, or distracts you from your purpose.
Not everything deserves access to the new version of you.
Growth requires clarity. Healing requires honesty. Elevation requires release.
Itâs okay to start over.
Itâs okay to choose better.
Itâs okay to reset without explaining.
Control your focus. Alter your direction. Delete the noise.
Level-Up season is active. đťâ¨

âBaselineâ matters:
In life and in relationships, your baseline is what you accept, tolerate, and return to when things get uncomfortable. Itâs the standard you set for how youâre treated, how you show up, and how you protect your peace.
When your baseline is healthy, you donât beg for respect, over-explain your boundaries, or shrink to keep others comfortable. You recognize alignment, effort, and consistencyâand you notice when theyâre missing.
Growth will raise your baseline. Healing will raise your baseline.
And once it does, you canât go back to environments, conversations, or connections that require you to lower it.
Know your baseline.
Honor it.
And donât apologize for maintaining it.
Thanks for an awesome conversation B Shonda Michelle!
⨠Happy Sunday â¨
Happy Saturday â¨
A reminder to slow down, breathe deep, and appreciate how far youâve come. Growth doesnât always make noise â sometimes it happens quietly, in rest, reflection, and realignment.
Today, choose peace, purpose, and progress.
Enjoy your Saturday and keep leveling up. đŞđ˝â¤ď¸

On behalf of A-One Support & Mentorship, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated, supported, and believed in our youth as they traveled to Voorhees University on November 8th.
Your generosity made this experience possible. Because of you, our youth were able to step onto a college campus, explore opportunities, and envision what their future can become. Moments like these shape destiniesâand itâs your support that creates them.
A special thank you to our dedicated A-One team, who hit the road at 6:00 AM to ensure our youth arrived safely and in time to enjoy the festivities. Your commitment and service are the heartbeat of this organization.
To our parentsâthank you for trusting A-One with your children, for your support, your communication, and your partnership. We do not take it lightly that you allow us to pour into your youth, guide them, and expose them to new opportunities. Your involvement plays a major role in their success, and we appreciate you deeply.
To everyone who poured into A-Oneâwhether through donations, volunteering, transportation, or encouragementâthank you for helping us unlock futures and build leaders.
We truly couldnât do this without you.
With gratitude,
Archina Feaster

See even Pastor Mike, Jr. said it!!
Life has a way of testing your growth in the quietest moments.
Recently, I asked my best friend to stretch with me â to open the door a little wider, welcome more people in, and create space for new experiences on our yearly trips. But growth isnât always understood by everyone. Some may question it, some may resist it, and some may even speak against it behind the scenes⌠not realizing that expansion isnât a threat â itâs an assignment.
And then, at the shop, a client walked in looking for the stylist who normally cares for them, but due to personal reasons she was unavailable. I decided to take the client myself, and quickly learned of some unprofessional behavior they had previously experienced. When things had gone wrong before, we made the difficult decision to let that stylist go â not out of malice, but because excellence canât be compromised. When youâre committed to elevating the standard, not everyone is meant to stay in the room.
Both moments reminded me of one thing: elevation exposes alignment.
Some people will resist your growth because it challenges their comfort.
Some will fall away because they canât deliver the standard God called you to uphold.
And thatâs okay.
In this season, Iâm learning not to shrink, not to apologize, and not to second-guess the vision God placed in my spirit. If growth makes some uncomfortable, let them adjust or let them go â but donât you dare stop evolving.
Everybody canât go where youâre going⌠and everybody canât serve at the level youâre called to serve.
Keep rising. Keep expanding. Keep leveling up. The right people will support the growth, show up with excellence, and help carry the vision â not question it.
Trying to be grown is funnyâŚ
One minute youâre motivated, healing, drinking water, minding your businessâŚ
And the next minute life taps you on the shoulder like,
âRelax, Iâm STILL not done teaching you lessons.â đŠđ
But we still show up.
We still grow.
We still become better versions of ourselves.
Proud of me. Proud of you too. â¤ď¸
