I understand that by receiving loc extensions or any protective styling from me , You are aware of the following:
1. Installation Results Vary
• The longevity of the style depends on hair texture, scalp condition, lifestyle, and aftercare.
• No guarantees are made on how long the loc extensions will last.
2. Proper Aftercare is Required
• I agree to follow all aftercare instructions given, including tying hair at night, avoiding heavy manipulation, and regular scalp care.
• I understand that failing to follow these instructions may lead to slippage or damage.
3. Natural Shedding & Slippage
• Some shedding or slippage is natural and does not indicate poor installation.
• I understand that light maintenance may be needed after a certain period.
4. Refunds & Fixes
• I agree that minor issues such as 1–2 locs slipping out do not qualify for a refund.
