Cold brew is not coffee poured over ice ☕️
And that’s where a lot of the confusion starts.
Both iced coffee and cold brew are served cold, but they’re made completely differently.
Iced coffee is brewed hot and then cooled down.
Cold brew is brewed slowly with cold water over several hours.
Which is better, as long as it with it’s all personal preference.
They’re simply different brewing methods that create different coffee experiences.
