✨Self-care means taking the time to do things that help you live well and improve both your physical health and mental health.✨

When it comes to your mental health.....self-care can help you manage stress, lower your risk of illness, and increase your energy!!! ❤️

Therefore I believe that self care needs to become a regular thing in my schedule and everyone else!
Our life's get so busy.... And as women, we try and take on the weight of the world!

Between kids, taking care of the house, and everything else! So on Sundays, I will pick 3 things to do for myself and share them with all of you! 😁
