So I bought egusi soup with amala… but I ended up not eating the amala and just left it on my kitchen table.

4 days later… tell me why that amala is STILL solid? 😭💀 Just dry and hard like nothing happened.

No mold, no “normal food decay vibes”… just there looking like it’s ready to be re-dipped and eaten.

Now I’m confused — is this how amala normally behaves or na the way it’s made/processed? Because I swear I expected it to at least show some signs of life by now 😂
