Those that are close to me know that this hit real close to home for me. This past November, on Thanksgiving morning... which also just so happened to be my birthday, I found out my brother passed away from an overdose. We had been estranged the past few years but he had reached out and called me month prior to tell all the things he was going through and that he was putting himself in rehab so I felt there was still hope.
When I heard I was crushed. Just over come with grief and felt like the rug was pulled out from under me. He was only 22 when he passed.
