In this tender moment, I feel generations within our grasp. The love of mothers before me, the resilience of immigrant hands that built from scratch, the whispered hopes of ancestors, and the quiet strength passed down like cherished family recipes.

Motherhood is found in these small, sacred exchanges. Passing down traditions, treasured recipes, courage, and the audacity to dream bigger. It’s in teaching my children not only how to bake with love, but how to build a life with passion. To create, to nurture, to persevere, and to fearlessly go after the dreams placed on their hearts.

I carry the sacrifices of the women before me in everything I do, hoping to pass down not just sweetness, but strength to my children. Not just recipes, but resilience. Not just traditions, but the belief that they can rise, create, and leave their own beautiful mark on this world.

To all mothers, the immigrant mothers, the cycle breakers, the dream chasers, the ones doing their best every day, Happy Mother’s Day. May we continue passing down love, strength, and the courage to reach for more. You are wonderful. You are powerful. You are beautiful 🤍.
