A little over six weeks post-op 🦵🏻 🩹 We’re on the move. Got in over 2 miles of walking today ☀️🚶🏻‍♀️‍➡️✅ PT therapy ✅ If you choose to do this surgery, the hardest two parts are finally saying I’m doing it and the second is putting the work in after. No one can do it for you, just like in the gym; if you don’t do the work, you’re not going to like your results. No way I’m going through this without being 100% in the end! Dr. Hill is extremely HAPPY with my progress. I believe she said I’m the “ model patient “ lol Another super important part of a surgery like this is eating right. Lots of protein to help your body heal. Lots of fiber & avoid sugar and sodium they’re not your friends in recovery! ❤️‍🩹 Dr. Hill is absolutely 💯 Amazing at her career path 🙌🏻 I couldn’t be any happier and her work shows for itself! I would recommend her 1000s times over! 👩‍⚕️ 🥰❣️
