💯People say I should be ashamed of myself for gaining weight from my smallest, but if they only knew…I celebrate every chapter of my life I get to write, because I know where I started and I’m in a hell of a lot better place now than I was in 2017, both physically (down over 100lbs) and mentally!

And while I do want to lose some weight again, that doesn’t mean that I have to hate myself or my current body to do so. Unconditional self-love is the best gift I ever gave myself, and it’s here to stay. 🥹🥰

Health update after being hospitalized for 4 days - Part 2! Part 1 is posted and linked!

I’ve received a few DMs wondering what’s happening since I was discharged from the hospital on September 8th, so I’m resharing what I talked about in my stories for anyone who missed it! 🙃🎢

CONTEXT: I was hospitalized on September 5th with a severe pelvic infection caused by diverticulitis perforating my sigmoid colon and traveling into my fallopian tube through a fistula that formed connecting the two.
