Here’s to your health 😊 Liver support juicy blend has been the theme lately ( 😋) I have been adding lots of Dandelion greens 🙂🍃to our juicy blends. taught me how to love my with ‘bitter is better’ & these greens are bitter 🥴 BUT, I mask the taste with a bit of fruit. Today, I added Pineapple 🍍, Cucumber 🥒, Strawberries 🍓, Mint 🌿and Lemon 🍋. Throw it all in to my sweet Ninja blender and voila!

🌈 Look at this beautiful girl. This is gorgeous Noora from Dubai but also lives in Austria. She is 30 years old, was an ER Dr in Dubai and now doing Aesthetic Medicine in both UAE & Austria! Yesterday’s lunch was minestrone soup & Prosecco for me but Simon had the craziest bolognaise lasagna 🙀🙈💯🙌🏻 This is the dish that threw him over the edge. 😋 The rest of our dinners will be 2 pieces of ice berg lettuce and alka seltzer 😂🥸😅
