A few months ago, this was just an idea.
A simple hope that women deserved a place where they could show up exactly as they are, without pressure, comparison, or pretending to have it all together.
The Confidence Collective isn’t about being the most confident person in the room. It’s about taking one small step toward believing you’re enough. 🫶🏼

We played Confidence Collective Showdown!! We worked together as teams, answered questions about confidence and recovery, celebrated wins, and of course…everyone left with a little self-care! 🥰
Confidence Collective workshops aren’t just about activities…they’re about creating a space where women can laugh, connect, build confidence, and remember they’re not doing life alone. 🤍✨

One thing I’ll always protect about The Confidence Collective is this: Every workshop is intentionally created for the women I’m serving. ✨
There isn’t a script I repeat every week. Some groups need reflection. Some need creativity. Some need laughter. Some need a reminder that confidence can be practiced in small, everyday choices. 🫶🏼
This week’s Confidence Collective Showdown blended all of those things into one workshop. We started with an emotional check-in, played for Confidence Cash, answered meaningful questions, celebrated each other, and ended with self-care prizes!!
My hope isn’t just that women leave with a prize...
My hope is that they leave believing they’re capable of becoming the woman they’re working so hard to be. 🤍🥹
