doing the work while reparenting yourself is something only millennial moms understand.

i know that the pendulum always swings with each new generation but im praying the self sacrifice were finally fighting back against ends with us.

learning to feel my emotions, all of them, and process while teaching my kids to feel and process has to be the hardest thing I’ve ever done.
