Strawberry Crackle Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup whipped topping

Loaded pasta salad
Ingredients are completely flexible. Add as much or as little as you'd like of all of these. You can also use tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, etc. Also good with feta or goat cheese but it wasn't on sale this week.
1 box pasta of choice(I used tricolor rotini but I've also made it with bowties, penne, etc).
Sweet peppers(you can use regular bell peppers but the sweet peppers really cut through the saltiness of everything else)
Olives
Cubed cheese(I used mild cheddar and sharp white cheddar)
Pepperoni
Salami
Italian dressing( I prefer meijer brand but use whatever kind you like)
Directions:
Cook pasta as box directs, mix together ingredients in large bowl(this makes a lot). Drizzle with Italian dressing. I normally do half a bottle and then bring the rest with us so people can add more to their liking.

Easy Air Fryer Pizza
Ingredients:
1 can flaky biscuit dough (e.g., Grands)
1 cup pizza sauce
½ lb cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
Pepperoni slices
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions:
Prep the Dough:
Split each biscuit in half horizontally to create thinner layers. Roll each piece into a 4-inch round to form the mini pizza base.
Assemble Pizzas:
Spread about 2 teaspoons of pizza sauce on each dough round. Add pepperoni, cooked sausage, and a generous sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
Air Fry:
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray. Place 2–4 pizzas in the basket, leaving space between each. Air fry at 400°F for about 4 minutes, or until golden and the cheese is melted.

🍓🍰 Easy Strawberry Crunch Poke Cake 🍰🍓
Ingredients:
For the Cake:
1 box white cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box: water, oil, egg whites)
1 box (3 oz) strawberry gelatin (Jell-O)
1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold water
For the Frosting:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2–3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:
20 Golden Oreo cookies
3 tablespoons strawberry gelatin powder (dry mix)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Optional Garnish:
Fresh strawberries
Directions:
Bake the Cake:
Prepare and bake the white cake according to package directions in a 9×13-inch pan. Let it cool for about 10–15 minutes.
Poke the Cake:
Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes evenly across the cake.
Prepare Strawberry Gelatin:
Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, then stir in ½ cup cold water.
Soak the Cake:
Pour the gelatin mixture evenly over the cake, allowing it to seep into the holes. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Make the Frosting:
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then mix until fluffy.
Add heavy cream gradually until desired consistency is reached.
Prepare Crunch Topping:
Crush Golden Oreos into coarse crumbs. Mix with dry strawberry gelatin powder, then drizzle in melted butter and stir until crumbly.
Assemble the Cake:
Spread the frosting evenly over the chilled cake. Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping generously over the top.
Serve:
Slice and garnish with fresh strawberries if desired. Serve chilled for the best flavor and texture.

Zesty Tortellini Pasta Salad is the kind of easy, make-ahead dish that tastes even better after it sits in the fridge 🥗🍝✨ Using cheese-filled tortellini instead of regular pasta makes it extra hearty, while the zesty Italian dressing ties everything together with bold, tangy flavor.
I started by boiling 1 bag of refrigerated cheese tortellini until tender, then draining it and rinsing it immediately with cold water to stop the cooking and cool it down.
Once the pasta was chilled, I added it to a large bowl along with 1 diced cucumber, 1 pint of cherry tomatoes that were halved, 1 small finely chopped red onion, and 1 can of drained sliced black olives.
I mixed in 1 cup of mozzarella pearls and a handful of mini pepperoni for extra flavor and texture.
Then I poured in a full bottle of zesty Italian dressing and sprinkled everything with dried oregano.
I tossed it all together until well coated and let it chill in the fridge for at least an hour so the flavors could soak into the pasta.
The result is a cold, tangy, cheesy pasta salad that’s fresh, filling, and perfect for quick lunches or meal prep 😋❄️

Y'all, this is the easiest and absolutely yummiest side dish ever! My kids gobbled it right up and even asked for seconds!
Loaded Crack Potatoes
What You'll Need :
2 lbs baby potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup bacon bits
¼ cup green onions, chopped
How to Make It :
Prep the potatoes: Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and carefully slice them in half.
Load the crockpot: Toss the halved potatoes right into your slow cooker.
Mix it up: Add the sour cream, shredded cheddar, bacon bits, and chopped green onions. Give everything a really good stir until the potatoes are well coated.
Slow cook: Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or on high for 3 hours. If you happen to be around, give it a quick stir once or twice while it cooks.
Serve: Scoop it out warm, and get ready for everyone to dig in!
