EXPERIENCE and
SPECIAL EVENT RATES

WEDDING CLIENTS: Basic info. for booking your wedding event:
~April does not out source makeup/hair artists, she does the bride and smaller events by herself, if it’s a larger event the additional artists will work with the bridal party.
If April is not available for your event she will give you an option for her to contact a couple of select artists that she has worked with for years. They are dependable and their work is exceptional.
~ADDITIONAL ARTISTS may be required to accommodate your event depending on the amount of services and time you have to get ready. This would be determined when April goes over your schedule & services.
Each additional artist is $100.00.
~TRAVEL FEE ranges from $20.00-35.00 up to 1hr distance per artist.
~EARLY START TIMES 3:30am-5:30am & Major HOLIDAY FEES range from $50.00-$100.00 per artist.
~EVENT DAY for the bridal party/
additional persons once services are *confirmed the services can be exchanged for different services that are equal to the same amount but not cancelled. I would need to know a min. 7 Days prior to the event due to the scheduling. (Exception: person is no longer apart of the event or going through medical treatmeant. Also the exchanged services can go towards 2 services for 2 people, Example: Makeup is $60.00, Eyes only $35.00, 2 people can get their eyes done but their will be a $10.00 difference).
~EVENT DAY we ask everyone who’s getting makeup and hair services to arrive at the same time we have scheduled to arrive with clean and dry hair & photos of the way they would like their makeup and air to look like. Artists work at different paces depending on the clients requests & lengths and thickness of their hair. Time slotted time can run behind due to persons running late, wet hair, they are not sure the look they want etc.. in this case we would need to start with the next in line and they may not be there or prepared to start, which would leave artists waiting putting the schedule behind!that will affect the completion time.
There are exception, The Bride is always second to last or if if preferred last to get done and bridal party members with children and older members will be given a later time they can arrive to start their services.
~CANCELLATIONS within 3 days you will receive your full deposit.
If a client cancels their event and services are not confirmed they forfeit their deposit that reserves their date. If services are confirmed, time & location the remaining balance will be due.
(Exceptions may apply: event cancelled, date rescheduled & we’re not available)
This is due to weddings are book months - years in advance and last minute events are rare to fill in and Brides to Be that have requested services for their event with Pure Colour were not able to accommodated due to availability.
~PAYMENTS: A minimum deposit of $200.00 is req. We accept deposit payments by check for deposits only and for the balance we only accept PayPal, Zelle & Cash payments.
The balance payment is due 10 days prior to the event.
